Course Booking Request Form

By sending a booking request you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

 

Terms and Conditions

For courses longer than 1 day:

We will reserve a place upon receiving a booking request and send an invoice by e-mail. The due date of the invoice will be 30 days from invoice date or 4 weeks prior to the course, whichever is earlier.
If the course you are requesting to book on is already filled we will place you on the reserve list and let you know. 

Your place is booked when we have received a (non-refundable) deposit of £50.

If the deposit is not paid by the due date, your place will no longer be reserved. The place may be offered to someone else.

We ask for payment in full 4 weeks before the start date of the course. If you do not pay at this time, your place will be void and we may offer it to someone else. (We'll remind you first!)

In the unfortunate case that a course needs to be cancelled for any reason, we'll get in touch before the course start date and refund any money you have paid.

In the case that you are unable to attend the course :

  • with 4 weeks or more notice from the course start date we'll refund all monies paid - less the deposit
  • with less than 4 weeks notice we will try and fill your place. If we do fill your place then you'll receive a refund less the deposit. However, if we are unable to fill your place unfortunately your payments will be forfeited (this is to ensure we are able to pay our suppliers and tutors). You may wish to consider taking out insurance to cover this eventuality.

You may swap your place with anyone you like, though please do let us know in advance.

 

For Workshops of one day or less

We will reserve a place upon receiving a booking request and send an invoice by e-mail. The due date of the invoice will be 30 days from invoice date or 4 weeks prior to the course, whichever is earlier.
If the course you are requesting to book on is already filled we will place you on the reserve list and let you know.

Your place is booked when we receive payment in full.

If you have not paid by the invoice due date your place will no longer be reserved. The place may be offered to someone else.

In the unfortunate case that a workshop needs to be cancelled for any reason, we'll get in touch before the course start date and refund any money you have paid.

In the case that you are unable to attend the workshop :

  • with 4 weeks or more notice from the course start date we'll refund all monies paid (- less an admin fee of £25).
  • with less than 4 weeks notice we will try and fill your place. If we do fill your place, then you'll receive a refund (less an admin fee of £25). However, if we are unable to fill your place unfortunately your payments will be forfeited.
You may swap your place with anyone you like, though please do let us know in advance.

Longer Courses

Payments and terms for longer courses spanning several months will be discussed when the course is being set up - though it's usually on a term by term basis.


We can take payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
